During the Blue Ridge Wine & Food Festival, the four semi-finalists from the preliminary battles will go head-to-head on stage at the Hayes Performing Arts Center. Each heat will feature a secret ingredient that must be utilized in the culinary creations.
Here's how it works: Four chefs will pair off in two head-to-head competitions (heats) on Saturday. Judges will score their culinary creations. The winning chef from each heat will compete in the Grand Finale.
At each heat, a special seating or "Chef's Table Seat" is available for $50 per ticket. With only four seats in the front row, attendees will be the special guests of the competing chefs and will sample each dish at the competiton. These special guests will also be recognized by the master of ceremonies.
