Chef's must be a team of three, dress in uniform

Secret Ingredient will be revealed on the day of each competition

Each Chef must create three dishes incorporating secret ingredient (may be any type of dish, appetizer, entree, dessert)

Teams may only use ingredients provided

Each team may bring with them a small "bag of tricks" amounting to no more than $100 worth of ingredients (mandatory inspection)

Teams may bring their own china (house china will be provided and will be same china as prelims)

Teams advised to arrive approximated 90 minutes prior to their battle.

Each team must bring their own tools such as knives, cutting boards, pots & pans and small equipment (house equipment is listed)

Battle cook times will be exactly one hour and fifteen minutes to complete all judge's dishes (5 judges)

Chef's table dishes may be finished and plated by team members during the judging (5 chef's table diners)

Dishes will be served to judges in an every other order.  Chef decides on order they wish to serve their dishes.

Judges criteria will be same as preliminary criteria.

Winner of each competition will be determined at the end of the event.

Semi-Final Winners will advance to "Fire on the Rock" Chef's Challenge Grand Finale
