Char's Chef Nick Lewis wins with a score of 2725 over Canyon's Chef Danny Bock who was only 42 points away with 2683.  Highest Scoring dish was the dessert with 1028 points.  Chef Nick wins $500 for his restaurant and advances to Tuesday March 9th where he'll battle Jackalope's View at the Archer's Inn from Beech Mountain.
