BATTLE GARLIC

Amid snow and winter weather advisories, foodies continue to brave the elements to participate in the Fire On The Rock Chef Challenge!  Tonight Chef Tom Jankovich of Grandfather Golf and CC, Linville, prevailed over Chef Michael Barbato of The Manor House at Chetola Resort and Spa, Blowing Rock with a score of 3198 to 2739.  Highest scoring dish was the "Sweet Trio" by Chef Tom. Tom's team advances to the next round in the bracket on Wednesday, March 17 where he will battle Chef Michael Foreman of Bistro Roca and Antler's Bar, Blowing Rock.
