In BATTLE HONEY the chefs Sam Ratchford of Vidalia in Boone and Chef Joe Turner of Hearthstone Tavern and Grille in Banner Elk had four types of honey to use; Buckwheat, Tupelo, Wild Flower and Clover.  The dessert won the high score and Vidalia moves on to the quarterfinals.
